I am further cultivating a safe space for readers, listeners, and supporters to come and witness my process “Keeping it Real, until You Heal” which is the symbol of my brand, Naked Truth Healing.
It is hard to heal when you are not being real, but it is even harder to keep it real when you REAL-ize how much trauma has you stuck in cycles with no room for healing to happen! And that is what we address here, through sincere empowerment, mindful and loving inspiration, and whole-heartedly living in our NAKED TRUTH!

Cliche Sayings that JUST “Don’t sit right with MY SPIRIT”
The mantra of NTH; “Keep It Real until you Heal”, derived from my process of breaking down societal cliche sayings that I feel negatively impact our realities and atmospheres for healing! In releasing cliches, I was able to receive inspiration to expand my brand and another tool to apply on my healing journey.
Now, I continue to make videos breaking down oppressive expressions and replacing them with positive affirmations, inspirational quotes, and healing truths!
